01. Service and beta access
Moderivo provides a Discord bot and a dashboard for server management, moderation, automation and support. Closed beta access is limited to approved accounts and servers. A beta key grants access only within its assigned scope and does not replace Discord permissions.
Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, including age requirements, also apply to Discord use. Moderivo is an independent project, not an official service of Discord or n4n.
02. Accounts and permissions
Only manage servers you are authorised to manage. Server owners can delegate dashboard management through Staff Access. Review approved roles and accounts and revoke access when it is no longer needed.
Server templates and granting Staff Access remain restricted to the actual server owner. Role and channel actions are also subject to technical permission and hierarchy checks. Never share beta keys, API keys or credentials publicly, and report suspected misuse.
03. Responsible use
Illegal content, harassment, spam, phishing, malware and unauthorised access to other servers, accounts or data are prohibited. Do not bypass access checks or usage limits, or deliberately overload the service. Report security vulnerabilities privately using the contact below.
04. Modules, templates and automated actions
Review rules, target channels, roles, exceptions and previews before activation. Automations may change messages, permissions and server structures. Use available test modes and keep your own copies of important content.
Templates are applied only after the required confirmation. An explicitly confirmed reset may delete existing elements. Discord does not support full recovery of every change; a structure template cannot recover deleted messages.
A closed ticket may remain as an archived Discord thread. Closing a ticket therefore does not automatically delete all its content.
05. Optional AI features and external providers
When AI ticket preparation is enabled, submitted answers and relevant extracts from the server knowledge base may be sent to n4n and the model provider handling the request. The AI records the issue and prepares a summary for the support team; it does not replace human decisions.
Template generation sends the submitted description and server language to n4n and the model provider handling the request. Review the generated draft before applying it. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect.
Do not submit passwords, tokens or unnecessary personal information. Inform members about the provider and the information sent before AI use. These terms do not constitute blanket consent to data transfers. Observe each provider's requirements: n4n and its underlying model providers. Provider retention and other use of content also depend on its plan, settings and terms.
06. Your content and privacy
Only upload content and knowledge sources you are entitled to use and have processed for the intended purpose. You retain your rights to your content. Moderivo only requires the usage rights needed to provide the features you use.
See the privacy notice for information about account, server, ticket and log data. Removing the bot does not automatically delete all existing Discord content or stored data. Contact support for access or deletion requests; statutory rights remain unaffected.
07. Beta operation and availability
The beta is intended for testing. Bugs, maintenance, changes and temporary restrictions may occur. No specific uptime percentage is promised. Discord and external providers may impose additional limitations. Technical service health is shown on the status page.
08. Costs and usage limits
The current Moderivo beta does not create a subscription. Any future paid offering requires a separate agreement; beta use does not automatically become a paid subscription.
Using your own API credentials may incur charges directly with the relevant provider. Its billing and quotas apply. Technical limits or exhausted AI allowances may pause individual features; unlimited AI use is not promised.
09. Restrictions and ending use
Moderivo may proportionately restrict or suspend affected access in cases of specific misuse, serious rule violations or security problems. Where possible, you will receive a reason and can request a review through support. Immediate restrictions may be necessary in urgent security situations.
You may stop using the service, disable modules and, if authorised to manage the server, remove the bot at any time. A Moderivo suspension is not an automatic ban from your Discord server.
10. Liability and statutory rights
Statutory liability rules apply. The beta notice and described technical limitations do not exclude mandatory legal claims. In particular, liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or harm to life, body or health is not excluded.
11. Changes to these terms
The current version displays its revision date. Notice of material changes is intended to be given before they take effect. Where consent is required, it will be obtained separately; publishing a revised version alone does not replace it.
